Yoga Classes:

Hatha Yoga

Use props and detailed instruction to explore alignment from the inside out, cultivating resilience and ease in our bodies. Expect to occasionally work at the wall and engage in demonstration and discussion. Class will often include meditation, breathwork, and restorative postures.

Hatha Flow

This class is a hybrid of our Hatha and Vinyasa classes. It combines detailed alignment work and flowing through postures. Class moves at a moderate pace meant to cultivate presence and proficiency. We will often sit for meditation and use props.

Hatha Flow + Restorative

This class is a hybrid of our Hatha Flow and Vinyasa classes. The first half of class will combine detailed alignment work while flowing through postures at a moderate pace. The last half of class slows down for deeper rest in long-held poses using props and a combination of guided relaxation and silence to restore your mental, emotional, and physical bodies.

Restorative Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga for Core Stability

Calm your busy mind and relax muscular tension. Restorative yoga sessions begin with a short warming practice to prepare your nervous system for deeper rest in long-held poses. Expect generous use of props and a combination of guided relaxation and silence to restore your mental, emotional, and physical bodies.

Vinyasa is a strong, alignment-based flow that focuses on strength and range of motion development. Classes can include classical yoga postures, functional movement, inner body awareness training, the use of props, and quiet seated practice.

Weekly yoga classes for all pregnant people, at every stage of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed and safe for pregnant bodies. Each class takes a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching and strengthening, mental centering, and focused breathing.

This specialized yoga class focuses on exploring body awareness during movement; you'll teach your body (and specifically your core) to be reflexive, responsive, supportive, functional and strong so that you will have increased capacity, decreased pain, and more stability in your everyday life. This class is ideal for those that need support in their lower back, pelvis and sacrum due to pain and instability. It is also ideal for those that need help rebuilding function in their core and pelvic floor, such as after the birth of a child, in cases of prolapse syndromes, and in diastasis recti. We will play with how the core is the center of your whole body, and how it is all connected.
